How to use — personal ritual

Pour a small amount of Sacred Reset into your palms. Bring your hands together and cup them gently over your nose and mouth. Close your eyes. Inhale slowly and deeply three to five full breaths, allowing the botanical accord to begin its work through the olfactory pathway before the oil has even touched your skin. This is not a ceremonial gesture. This is the first therapeutic act. The moment you inhale, your limbic system receives the signal to begin shifting from sympathetic to parasympathetic. The reset has already started.

Then, add more oil into your palms as you need it, and apply with slow and intentional touch:

Back of the neck: where the vagus nerve runs closest to the surface. Long, gentle upward strokes from the base of the spine to the base of the skull.

Behind the ears, on the mastoid bone: direct access to the vagal nerve pathway. Press gently and hold for a breath before releasing.
